Stone Chine Saw
The Stone Chine saw was designed to be used to remove the chine bones from the rib tops of beef or pork.
Units back plates, frame and suspension gantry are constructed of stainless steel. It has a continuous band saw blade, drive pulleys and blade guides. Control bar with balancing weights and switches for two handed operations. 3 HP electric motor 3 phase 230 or 460V Control box in stainless steel with disconnect including start stop and E-stop. Available in left or right-hand version.
